Module 0: Welcome to Your Watercolor Sketchbook
A warm welcome from me, how I started Travel sketching and some explanation about the course.

8 min
Module 1: The Essential Materials You Need
Forget the overwhelming art supply stores. You don't need much—just the RIGHT stuff. I'll show you exactly which paints, brushes, and papers actually matter, and which ones you can skip.

8 min
Module 2: How Watercolor Actually Works
This is where the magic happens. Master the 5 core techniques that handle 90% of watercolor painting: layering, glazing, wet-on-wet, dry brush, and gradients. Each technique gets its own practice exercise. By the end, watercolor finally clicks.

8 min
Module 3: Color Like You Mean It
Stop being afraid of mixing colors. Learn the simple system for getting exactly the shade you want, every time. We'll build your own color wheel and you'll discover that you can mix any color you want.

8 min
Module 4: Your First Complete Watercolor illustrations
Time to put it together. Two guided projects that take you from blank page to finished illustration. No looking at reference photos - just watching me, then doing it yourself.

50 min
Module 5: Nature Part I—Trees and landscapes
Painting nature sounds hard. It's not - once you know how. Learn how to paint realistic trees that feel alive on the page. See how to build depth with foreground, midground, and background. Plus: your first complete landscape scene, step by step

Module 7: Buildings Without Fear
Architecture intimidates beginners. But here's the secret: you don't need perfect geometry - you need to simplify. Learn how to capture the character of a building in just a few lines, then paint it with confidence. No ruler required

8 min
Module 8 - Perspective without the panic
One-point, two-point, eyeballing - that's all you need. Stop overthinking perspective. I'll break it down so simply that you'll actually understand it. Then we'll paint a full 3D architecture scene together. Finally: streets and buildings that feel real.

8 min
Module 9: Composition - What Makes a Page Tell a Story
A sketchbook page can be technically perfect but feel boring. A sketch can be rough but feel alive. The difference is composition. Learn how to choose what goes on your page, where it goes, and why it matters. This is where your sketches become stories.

8 min
Module 10: Your Travel Masterpiece (Guided Step-by-Step)
Everything comes together. We'll create a full travel composition from start to finish: planning what to include, laying down the sketch, building atmosphere with color, adding depth, and finishing with details. Watch it happen. Then create your own

8 min
Bonus: Find Your Style (& Own It)
You don't have to paint like me. Discover what YOU love about watercolor - loose or detailed? Realistic or impressionistic? Find your signature style and stop second-guessing your choices

8 min
Bonus: The Sketchbook System That Works
What separates people who fill sketchbooks from people who buy them and never open them? A system. Learn what sketchers actually SEE versus what beginners see. Get a simple framework that turns observation into beautiful pages
